Wisbech & Lincolnshire Bank, £1 (2), £5 (109), £10 (19), £20 (4), all dated between 1817 and 1894, all black and white, partners initials in oval frame top left, value low left, partnerships combinations of Gurneys, Birkbeck, Peckover, Barclay or Buxton (Grant 3252 for types), a unique group with every example a variety in signature, date, style, annotation and representing a comprehensive banking history for the Wisbech and Lincolnshire Bank. All the notes have a triangular cut low right otherwise the general condition is very fine with many considerably better. A unique and interesting group (134) Estimate £ 9,000-11,000
