No Wmk., Rough perf. 14 to 16 Covers 1866 (24 Feb.) envelope to London, bearing 6d. deep green strip of four and a pair cancelled "A10", showing red crayon "2/9", black despatch and red arrival (16.3) datestamps; the strip with small fault at lower right otherwise fine.
