#6, 1868 50c Blue, an important and rare used plate reconstruction of this rare Condor value, included in this are three blocks of four which represent the only recorded used multiples of the 50c Blue, positions 9-10/14-15, 11-12/16-17 and 18-19/23-24, an extra nine singles duplicating positions in these four blocks are present, all are pen cancelled for fiscal use except for position 20 which is unused, shades range from a light blue to dark blue, nearly all have four margins, one block is just into the frame of one stamp and that block has a horizontal fold between the two pairs, the other two blocks are very fine with one being blue and the other dark blue; this value was never used postally and is exceptionally scare mint or used fiscally; an excellent plate reconstruct of considerable rarity and highly desirable for exhibition.
