Great Britain Postal History 1730 (c.) entire used locally in London, addressed to Lt.-Col. Moncrief at the Tower of London then redirected to Grosvenor Square, the reverse with fair to fine strikes of both the Westminster and Hermitage triangular official ´Dockwra´ type handstamps; flap at top with tear clear of the markings though otherwise fine.
