Great Britain Postal History 1720 (30 Mar.) entire from Scotland to London inscribed "free", the reverse with good to fine strikes of both the red oval (Edinburgh) and black circular (London) Bishop Marks, adjacent to a most attractive intact red wax seal; minor cover faults though in no way detracting from the fine appearance of this scarce and unusual usage which opens-out well for display.
