BURMA Airmails 1941 (Sept.-Dec.) envelopes to U.S.A. sent by members of the First American Volunteer Group "The Flying Tigers", comprising items from John P. Young at Toungnoo, E.B. Mc.Clure (4, three registered) at Toungnoo or Experimental P.O.R-21, Carson M. Roberts at Experimental P.O. R-21, Harold G. Wylie (complete with heavily censored letter) registered from Rangoon, Clifford G. Groh at Toungnoo, L.J. Schramm at Rangoon, and 1942 (Mar.) envelope from John P. Young in India after the allies had to evacuate; also 1940 envelope from Col. C.L. Chennault, who trained the "Flying Tigers", from Kunming via Hong Kong to Texas, together with The Flying Tigers by Russell Whelan and an article on The Flying Tigers in May 23 1942 copy of Illustrated.
