Seychelles Mauritius Used In Seychelles The "B64" Obliterator Covers 1883 (9 Nov.) envelope to Bordeaux, bearing 1883 (July) 16c. on 17c. cancelled with a fair upright strike and showing, at right, despatch c.d.s. without code (believed to be the latest recorded date of use of this datestamp) alongside indistinct Ligne T datestamp, the reverse with three French transit c.d.s.; the envelope with two tears on face panel and a little soiled. A scarce cover being from the first mail since July during the period of a smallpox epidemic.
