Seychelles Mauritius Used In Seychelles The "B64" Obliterator Covers 1872 (23 Oct.) blue crested envelope from Government House to New Bedford, Mass., U.S.A., bearing 1863-72 6d. yellow-green pair with fair and light strikes applied inverted, showing manuscript "11d" accountancy mark, London Paid and New York Paid All c.d.s.with "2/cents" accountancy handstamp, all in red on face and, on reverse, despatch c.d.s.; the envelope with trivial imperfections though a rare and attractive franking.
