Seychelles Mauritius Used In Seychelles The "B64" Obliterator Covers 1872 double rate envelope to Paris, bearing 1863-72 4d. rose and 6d. yellow-green pair cancelled with largely fine upright strikes, showing "P.D.", octagonal-framed "pos.an.suez/p.f.amb.mars." d.s. in red and, on reverse, despatch c.d.s. (date unclear) and two French transit c.d.s.; a few trivial fox marks though a rare and attractive franking. B.P.A. Certificate (1974).
