Tristan da Cunha valuable postal history assortment of over 50 covers, from the early cachets through the resettlements of 1963, contains some scarce early material such as Type III cachet used in 1921 and carried by the Whaler Truls (the earliest documented usage of this cachet), two of the Type IV cachets, one in violet used in 1927 and the other in red used in 1929, also the rare Ty. Va cachet on a white card used in 1981 when the canceller was in private hands, a couple scarce WWII usages including a private cachet used on a newspaper, some 1930´s usages aboard various ships, some Gough Island, evacuation and resettlement covers from the early 1960´s, in addition there are some photos, newpaper accounts and other related ephemera, mostly fine-very fine and well worth inspecting.
