Queensland 1900 Charity Issue 1d. and 2d. each cancelled with Brisbane "ql" duplex and clearly tied on 1900 (14 July) envelope to London, Charity stamps not been acceptable to the U.P.U. outside Australia and charged due, showing "25/ctms/t" and large "5d/f.b./a" handstamps, the latter additionally tying the 2d. value.
