New South Wales Registered Sixpence 1856-59 vermilion and Prussian blue with just clear to large margins, in combination with Laureated watermarked 3d. yellow-green and Diadem 6d. greenish grey, all cancelled and tied on 1856 (Aug.) envelope registered from Sydney to Manchester, showing oval-framed "registered/sydney n.s.w." and with large h.s. "d6" additionally tying the Diadem 6d., Liverpool Ship amd Manchester d.s. and circular-undated Pendlebury h.s. on reverse; scarce and attractive. Photo Estimate £ 250-300
