Great Britain 1850 (c.) envelope with beautiful engraved printed address panel showing coat of arms accompanied by a lion and a unicorn, legend at right reading “Prescription Prepared by T.T. Clarke, Dispensing Chemist, Bodmin”, the patient's name and address details completed in manuscript, also included is the original prescription listing the relevant ingredients for a “Lotion”; envelope with some light staining though not detracting.
