Henry VIII, first coinage, Angel 5.16g., St. Michael standing slaying the dragon, one saltire each side of nimbus, rev. ship bearing shield and cross, h and rose at sides, reads red, single saltire stops, broken letter e both sides, m.m. portcullis (with chains on obverse) (Schneider -; Whitton (iii) 2/3; N.1760; S.2265), ring neatly inserted for suspension at 12 o'clock on reverse, lightly creased, otherwise a well struck coin, very fine Estimate £ 200-250
