(x) Spain: La España Industrial , Sociedad Anónima Fabril y Mercantil, a group of 13 certificates for 2000 reales vellon shares, 1854 and another for 500 peseta share, 1931, all of the same design with large cotton mill at top, black, 4 pages. This was the first joint stock cotton company formed in 1847 and at ts height in the 1880's had a workforce of some 2500 men, women and children. Finally closed in 1981. Generally VF-EF (14).
