1861/1916 mint group with P.S.E. certificates, each indicating some sort of repair or flaw, including 1868 10c green TAG double transfer variety (regummed and small repairs), 1888 90c purple (regummed and reperforated at left), 1890 15c indigo (regummed and reperforated on two sides), 1890 90c orange (regummed), 1894 2c carmine (minor natural gum wrinkles), 1895 $5 dark green (regummed and sealed tears), 1898 50c sage green (small faults and reperforated at right), 1915 $1 violet (tiny tear at top), 1916 $1 violet (reperforated at left), and 1895 10c blue Special Delivery (regummed and reperforated at right), a visually-pleasing and high-cataloguing group, chiefly fine appearance.
