1840 (8 Apr.) entire from London to Cape Town, readdressed and returned to England as an unpaid Ship Letter, variously rated and showing "paid ship letter/london" and despatch datestamp and framed "postage not paid/to england", large part oval Crowned datestamp, the reverse with London "ship letter" and four transit datestamps.
