1872 (5 Feb.) entire letter to Francois, bearing 1871-76 20c. (just touched at top) with very rare signet ring cancellation and showing fine Petit Bourg c.d.s., fine and most attractive. The only known cover with this improvised canceller used for the cancellation of a postage stamp. Also a loose example of this cancellation on a 20c. Photo
