1865 (26 Sept.) entire from St. Pierre to Pointe à Pitre, Guadeloupe, bearing well margined 20c. and 40c. (slightly oxidized), tied by "mqe" lozenge, then entering the British mails, confirmed with double-arc datestamp on back, together with Basse-Terre French c.d.s. alongside, charged "4" in manuscript on front being the share of the postage due to the British.
