1900 (June) envelope from Leribe to England, marked "On Active Service Stamps Unobtainable" though bearing G.B. 1d. lilac with blue crayon cross (not recognised as valid postage) and D4 datestamp, and 1900 (Sept.) unfranked Letter Card "On Active Service No Stamps", written from Spitzkop, O.F.S. to England and with fine Leribe D4 datestamp; the first with some soiling though an unusual pair with the owner recording only five examples of British campaign mail
