Brief Karte from Bloemfontein to the Penny Mail Officer at Grahams Town with despatch (Batten #62, scarce) and arrival datestamps on face, the contents refer to Chief Lerothodi's visit to the town "In Langdens' Basutoland Communication - with Chief Lerotholi and a large escourt of Basu Warriors on horseback arrived here yesterday. It disturbed the quiet of the Bloemfontein Sunday afternoon to have a bank of native warriors riding through the streets - Commission and Chief leave for Cape Town today"; a most interesting card. Also O.F.S. 1892 ½d. Post Karte from Ladybrand to "Mafohas Nek" near Morija with despatch and Maseru D2 datestamps
