Collection of registration cards (17), franked with stamps (13), labels (2) and blank (2), this lot includes some of the finest surviving cards for this tribe; variously franked with surcharged 1931 and 1937 postal issues, better cards including 1941-1949 card bearing payments for eight years bearing five different stamps, another bearing payments for 1944-51, the first three years paid with 1913 1d. bi-lingual vertical strip of three, the final year paid by 5/- on 3d. blue UPU issue. A really fine lot, showing various frankings, cancellations, bi-lingual pairs and unusual usage; even one of the two blank cards offering the manuscript annotation "Control Card Marked DEAD"!
