(defective) and 1/- pair, both clearly cancelled by Barred Numeral "173", showing framed "registered", "registered/melbourne" c.d.s., boxed "pd" and Marseilles" entry d.s. in red, "charge" h.s. and, on reverse, despatch d.s. with various French and Swiss transit datestamps; the adhesives affixed over top edge and the envelope with part flap missing and a little soiled/stained.
