1868 (18 May) entire letter to Genoa bearing 1864 perf. 9½ 10s. blue, 15s. brown pair and Danube and Black Sea Railway 20pa. black on green local issue, all tied by "lloyd agenzie-kustendje 18/5" (Tchilinghirian figure 844) cancellations, transit and arrival markings on reverse; the 10s. re-affixed and the entire with some faults not affecting the very fine appearance.
