#19b, 1859 17c Blue, imperforate, horizontal right sheet-margin pair, without gum as issued, other three margins are full to large, deep rich color and a strong impression, left stamp with inked line (plate crack), extremely fine and choice; highly undervalued in Scott with only one sheet containing 50 pairs was discovered; 1981 PF certificate (Unitrade C$8,500.00).
