Victoria (1837-1901), Pattern Proof 'Gothic' Crown, MDCCCXLVII [1847] UNDECIMO, by W Wyon, crowned 'Gothic' bust left, WW on truncation, crowned shields cruciform, raised lettered edge downwards, 28.23g, 6h (ESC 288; Bull 2571; Spink 3883), small scratch before the chest and upon the cheek, scattering of pinmarks to the obverse field, otherwise with a pleasing dark grey and ochre cabinet tone to brilliant and glossy fields beneath, pleasing extremely fine
