Navigator's Log Book (Form 441) for the his fateful final flight, damaged but complete together with forwarding Air Ministry letter, dated 25 March 1930, very fine and a famous aviation relic

The letter reads:

'Dear Mrs Jones-Williams

I enclose the Log of the Cape Flight which has now been finished with officially.

[Continued in ink] My very best wishes for a successful journey to you and your daughter & her boy. Yours very sincerely.'
